Here at Pebmarsh Community Pub Limited, (PCPL), we are committed to keeping your data safe and secure to maintaining your trust in PCPL. We keep electronic information in password protected files in the secure online storage area “DropBox” and paper based information in a locked cabinet at our Data & Information Officer’s premises. We do not disclose your personal data for marketing purposes, but keep it for our company’s lawful requirements of informing you about our Annual General Meeting, providing relevant shareholder information and details of PCPL community based events. We will not send you emails relating to the marketing or advertising of commercial products, such as product offers at the King’s Head. Types of Data We Collect
A. Shareholder Information
To enable PCPL to fulfil our legal obligations to Shareholders we need to hold some personal information about our Shareholders. We hold the names, addresses, telephone numbers, interest payment preference and payment method details, of existing and new Shareholders.
B. Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for any communications from PCPL, such as Meeting Notices and Minutes, and PCPL Newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for the reasons detailed above and also to tell you about things like community events; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to gather your feedback. We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications with our Shareholders. You can unsubscribe to non obligatory mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at pcpshareholder@gmail.com. We will continue to email you with our obligatory information to Shareholders such Shareholder Meetings and our AGM, even if you unsubscribe from receiving non obligatory emails.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our Data & Information Officer, Maud-May Cuthbert, at pcpshareholder@gmail.com.
Data Storage
We expect to store your Personal Data for as long as you remain a Shareholder of PCPL.
Changes to this Privacy Notice
